I think 2 is true.
I have mixed feelings about 1. I don't think the KMT addresses anything other than gases but the use of the word "all" implies the KMT applies to solids, liquids, and gases. Having said all of that, it is true that even solids have molecules that are moving (although perhaps ever so slightly) so I would go with true for the answer. The question is worded funny. I don't know if that is on purpose or not.
