to find the mass percentage of one component, you divide the its mass to the total mass * 100
for example, if you have initially 20 grams of Na and 30 grams of Fe,
total mass = 20 + 30 = 50
if we want to find mass percentage of Na:
(20/50) * 100 = 40%
for mass percent of Fe:
(30/50) * 100 = 60%
