Suppose we have a test tube with two substances of diffferent densitites inside. We want to use a centrifuge with a rotational radius of .2m to separate them. if we want to achieve a centripetal acceleration of 1000g, how fast does it have to spin/ (what is its angular velocity?)
I know to use the equation cent acc=rw(squared). I keep getting messed up with the units. Will solving the problem as it is, lead me to rad/sec or do I have to divide 1000g by 9.8 for the final result to be in rad/sec
