it looks like your y value is 16 more than the x value, so
y = x+16

(I noticed that the slope between any two pairs is 1, so I knew it was linear.
so I had m = 1 and I noticed that (0,16) would be the y-intercept, so b = 16)

m = (36-16)/20 = 1 first two points
m = (58-52)/(42-36) = 6/6 = 1 last two points

LOL - all slopes are 1
so
y = 1 x + b straight line
(0,16) means b = 16
so
y = x + 16
