would the measure absorbance id an FENCS+ ion solution be higher, lower, or unaffected if there were fingerprints on the cuvette? briefly explain.

In the first place, I have no idea what FECNS+ is.
For an absorbance measurement, don't you think fingerprints will (a) absorb some of the light, (b) scatter some of the light, or (c) react somehow with the light?
