Well, I can not see your circle graph.
However if the circle shows a certain percentage of Americans who ride for recreation, then divide that percentage by 100 and multiply the result by 5.7 million.
Assuming your circle or "pie" graph has labelled percentages of people who ride bikes for different reasons, multiply the "recreation" percentage by 5.7 million to get the number of Americans who ride for that reason.
