Does anyone know the old formula to calculate a hourly raise from a percentage; I totally forgot. The employee makes $10.50 an hour and is receiving a 1.1% increase.

Change the percent to a decimal.

1.1% = 0.011

10.50 * 0.011 = $0.115

The employee will receive $10.615 an your after the raise.
