Solve the system using substitution.

3y = -x - 5

Rewrite your system:
y+2x=5
3y+x= -5
2x+y=5
x+3y= -5
In google type:
solve system substitution
When you see list of results click on:
SolverSOLVE linear system by SUBSTITUTION
When page be open in first roow type
2x+1y=5
In second roow type:
1x+3y= -5
and clic option Solve
You will see solution.
