Can you just help me?
So, if something is $99.99, and it is 55% off, would the price be $44.99 or $45.00?
And of something is $67.99, and is 25% off, would the price be $16.99 or $17.00?

99.99 * 0.45 = 44.995
That rounds up to $45.00
