You will need two conversion factors:
1.37 baht/dollar, and
0.454 kg/lb

1.24 baht/kg
= (1.24 baht / 1.37 baht/dollar) / kg
= 0.91 $ /kg
= 0.91 $/kg *0.454 kg/lb
= 0.41 $/lb
