so, where is your work?
I don't know if your not going to help me then don't post on my site
(a) not your site
(b) we're here to help, not just do your homework.
You must have some idea how to do this. When you posted "I need to show my work" I naturally assumed you actually had done some work, but got stuck.
This should get you started:
5 3/4 = 5 + 3/4
6 2/4 = 6 + 2/4
so, add it all up:
5+6 + 3/4 + 2/4
Can you take it from there? If not, you have some serious catching up to do. If so, but you can't arrive at a solution, show where you get stuck. Then we can use your work to proceed.

I get 6/8 + 4/8 = 11 10/8
I get stuck from there
I get stuck from there
Not sure why you wound up with 10/8 instead of just 5/4, but even so, all you have left to do is to convert the improper fraction into a mixed number and add it in.
11 + 10/8
11 + 5/4
11 + 1 + 1/4
12 1/4
11 + 10/8
11 + 5/4
11 + 1 + 1/4
12 1/4
