find f(2+h)=4-(2+h)^2 work that out.
= 4-(4+4h+h^2)=-h(4-h)
find f(2)=4-4=0
then f(2+h)-f(2)=-h(4-h)
then divide that by h and find the lim
Lim -(4-h)=-4
Surely you can do these step by step.
