Please help with the following question.

If the following equation, y is the weight in pounds that a person can bench-press and x is the amount of lifting done per week on their newly begun exercise program:

y = 100+1.2x

How much lifting exercise must this person do to be able to bench-press 130 pounds?

130 = 100 + 1.2x

30 = 1.2x
