What is the mission statement of your organization? How is this mission evidenced through the actions of the employees and in the culture of the organization?

If Jiskha had a mission statement, it would probably be that our mission is to help students learn and assist them with their education. This is evidenced by the posts that our volunteers make in response to student questions. Our culture is one that is dedicated to our students.

okay so i work for advanced american and i think that it would be to help out people and give them loans when they need them to be able to help with the finacial situations,... is that right?

You're probably right. I didn't find a mission statement for Advance America, but the company creed comes close to a mission statement.
