                What volume of a 0.1000M HCl solution is needed to neutralize 25.0 mL of .350 M NaOH?

    Since this is a 1:1 reaction between acid and base;
HCl + NaOH ==> NaCl + H2O you may use
mL x M = mL x M
    
HCl + NaOH ==> NaCl + H2O you may use
