Is BrCL3 Bromine tricholoride? What is the name of SnCl3?

I think bromine trichloride for BrCl3 is ok. The more electropositive atoms usually is named first and Br is the more electropositive of Br and Cl. SnCl3 would be name tin(III) chloride.
