no article with: braised beef,grapefruit juice, bread
2) How do you serve pasta with in America? (With a meat sauce, gravy, tomato sauce, butter and sage?)
3) Would you like a fried egg with asparagus or lamb with spinach and cauliflowers for your main course?
4)Would you like anything to drink?
5) Could I have a glass of fizzy (sparkling) water and some grapefruit juice?
