a room is 12 feet by 6 inches. on a scake drawing the 12 foot wall is 4 inches long. how long will the 16-foot wall be?(explain how you got that asnwer)

Do you mean the wall is 12 feet by 16 feet?
If so, set up a ratio.
12 : 16 = 4 : x
12/16 = 4/x
Cross multiply
12x = 64
x = ?
