g(x) = 8x³+9
f(x) = (x²-9)^(1/3)
h(x)
= g o f
= g(f(x))
= g((x²-9)^(1/3)
= 8((x²-9)^(1/3))³+9
= 8(x²-9)+9
h(3)
= 8(3²-9)+9
= 8(0)+9
= 9
