my teacher gave me exam review booklets and there is something i don't understand.. the question is : Find the slope of a line that passes through the points (-9,-3) and (-7,-1).
if someone can please explain to me how to solve this it would help majorly ! :)

If P1(x1,y1) and P2 (x2,y2) are two points on a line, the number m defined by the equation
Slope m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)
is called the slope of the line.
Slope m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)
is called the slope of the line.
