The altitude does not matter.
Circumference = pi*(diameter) = (speed)*(time)
D = V*t/pi is the cloud diameter
t = 1/20 = 0.05 hours
Solve for D
Circumference = pi*(diameter) = (speed)*(time)
D = V*t/pi is the cloud diameter
t = 1/20 = 0.05 hours
Solve for D
