Which statement describes negative population growth?

A) Fewer people are born than die during a given period.
B) Fewer people die than are born during a given period.
C) More people are born than die during a given period.
D) More people die than are born during a given period.

Well i read over this very carefully. and couldn't it be A or D. aren't those saying pretty much the same thing?

I agree. Both A and D say about the same thing, and both are correct.
