    Ouch, I'm a bit late pushing the buzzer, but yes, benzoylmethylecgonine is the psychoactive ingredient in cocaine hydrochloride. To my surprise, 1 out of 100 persons surveyed knew the answer to this. . .and I was the "1."  Moreover, 81 of the 100 people had tried, or used cocaine.  Still, I was "one" of them. If space allows, I would add that only 2 of the same hundred knew the term "crack" meant
