Is speed reading a way to help u comprehend what you read? Need a strategy to improve reading and comprehending skills..

I'm not convinced that speed reading will help with comprehension, although speed reading without comprehension is pretty much useless! I believe that comprehension skills must come first; then speed reading skills can be useful.
