Do you happen to know where I can find the audio to George Orwell's novel 1984?
(the adiobook would also do).
Here are the last sentences of the day.
1)A characteristic of the Gothic novel in Shelley's Frankenstein is the presence of grotesque elements as it appears in the description of the monster.
2)This is described as having dull, watery eyes and a shrivelled complexion. Further (other) gothic charatecteristics are the mystery (the presence of mystery), the desolate environment and the fear (the element of fear).
3)The nature of this fear represents the historical moment, characterized by increasing disillusionment with the ideals of the French and American Revolutions.
4) Today I skied for the first time again after twenty years. I spent a quarter of an hour on (?) the chair lift and then I tried my best (??) on the skiis.
5)I was amazed how well I could ski and my ski instruction congratulated me on my ski (?) performance.
6)The slope was very deep. It was a red ski slope but I was able to ski (downwards ??) with parallel skiis (how do you call this style?) and without falling off.
