The greatest value is 2.5*10^5/2.5*10^-3 = 1.00*10^8.
The numerator is the largest number that rounds off to 2*10^5 and the denomimator is the smallest number that rounds off to 3*10^-3.
The least value is 1.5*10^5/3.5*10^-3 = 4.29*10^7
The numerator is the largest number that rounds off to 2*10^5 and the denomimator is the smallest number that rounds off to 3*10^-3.
