Given the reaction:
C8H16 + 12O2 --> 8CO2 + 8H2O
How many moles of H2O are produced when 11.2 liters of C8H16 gas, measured at STP, reacts completely?

At STP, 1 mol = 22.4L
convert liters of C8H16 gas to moles
then, convert to moles of H2O by the mole ratio (look at the coefficients)

thank you but I got 4.00 and it's incorrect.
11.2LC8H16/22.4L=.5
1mol/.5=8mol/x
.5*8=4

O2 is the limiting reagent so convert the moles of C8H16 to moles of O2 and then convert the moles of O2 to moles of H2O
