in 1993, 2.00 Million females particpaited in U.S Highschool sports, by 2003, the number increased to 2.86 Mill.

A) Write an equation in slope-intercept form that gives the number of females participaiting in US. highschool sports, ( in Millions) as a function of the years since 1990.

I was thinking that you could use...Y ( Years) ( x) Number of years) = M, ( Millions?)

I think I'm doing this wrong, could someone please explain and help me figure this out.

Also, how many females participated in 1990?
