To rewrite in Ax+By=C form, rearrange the terms so that x and y are on the left and the number is on the right.
5y-6=2x+3
Subtract 2x from both sides.
-2x+5y-6=3
Add 6 to both sides.
-2x+5y=9
5y-6=2x+3
Subtract 2x from both sides.
-2x+5y-6=3
Add 6 to both sides.
-2x+5y=9
