determine the perimeter of triangle KLM, if triangle KLM-triangle FGH, FG=30, GH=38, FH=38 and KL=24

Assuming you meant them to be similar, and you are following convention that the order of letters matches their angles, ....

KM/38 = 24/30
KM = 38(24/30) = 30.4

using LM/38 = 24/30
find LM the same way, then add up the 3 sides
