Add the ratios together and divide 720 mL in proportion to the ratios.

5+3+12=20
So
red = 720*5/20 = 180 mL
yellow = 720*3/20 = ?
white = 12*3/20 = ?

Add up the three quantities and make sure the sum equals 720 mL.
