We have a circle that has 270 degrees listed outside the circle at the top left. Inside the circle at the bottom right side is a an angle inside the circle with a P. Find the measure of Angle P.
Would this be that we take 360-270 to get the measure of Angle P?

It is not clear to me to which angle P refers. However, it is easy to find the distinction between 90° and 270°.
Take a cake/pizza and cut into 4 equal pieces. The angle subtended by one piece is 90°, and the angle subtended by 3 remaining pieces joined together is 270°.
Examine the figure and decide on which one is requested.
