What kind of HELP do you need? You need to be specific when asking questions here.
If all you do is post your entire assignment, with no evidence of thinking on your part, nothing will happen since no one here will do your work for you. But if you are specific about what you don't understand about the assignment or exactly what help you need, someone might be able to assist you.

Here are some specifics for you:
"a straight line ESA lesson" - No one here will have the vaguest clue what this is. It's an incredibly technical, specific term. I've never heard it before, and I taught English and transitioning ESL students for 33 years.
"for a language level of your choice" - No one here will know what language levels (what does that even mean, anyway?) you're referring to nor what your choice would be.
If you truly want someone here to be able to help you, YOU need to be much more specific about what kind of help YOU need, keeping in mind that no one here will write your assignment for you.

Engage: -
In the engage stage teacher could have discussion with the students regarding their favorite foods and the reasons for their likeness. What they like to eat in breakfast, lunch or dinner? Some students may say that they like to take tea or coffee with bread. Some may say that they like to drink apple or orange juice in breakfast. Some may say they like to eat beef burger, French fries, beef, pizza etc in lunch. The teacher could also show the pictures of fruits and vegetables, if the students don't know the names of them in English e.g. raspberry, cherry, melon, Cucumber, mushroom, Tomato, garlic etc.
