I checked your first five answers and they are all wrong. For many of them you have not reduced them to lowest terms.

You must be mistaken because my answer is not 44/5 it is 4= 4 whole and then 4/5. Still if you think they are wrong then how can I fix them which ones do I have to reduce?

I started at the other end ...
#12 wrong
#11 , 3 9/12 = 3 3/4
#10 correct
#9 , 1 4/8 = 1 1/2
#8 , 4 6/8 = 4 3/4
#7 , 4 1/12 = 1 1/3
#6 , 13 2/24 = 13 1/12
I don't know where you got these questions, but most of them were not in lowest terms to begin with. That is very unconventional.
e.g. #3
2 2/13 + 2 3/6
should have been
2 1/4 + 2 1/2
At this point the result can be obtained mentally.

Type them into WolframAlpha . com with a + sign between the whole number and its fraction.
For example,
3 2/5 + 6 1/5 becomes (3+2/5) + (6+1/5)
3 - 1 8/12 becomes (3) - (1+8/12)
For example,
3 2/5 + 6 1/5 becomes (3+2/5) + (6+1/5)
3 - 1 8/12 becomes (3) - (1+8/12)
