1/3b=-3
i know u would divide both sides by 1/3 and it would cancell out the 1/3 and when u divide 1/3 by -3 you will get -1/9 so u flip it u willl get -9 right?

i beleive it would be a positive 9

so if u flip it the negative sign will go away and turn it too positive
