In 2 seconds, it will fall a distance (1/2)gt^2 = 19.6 m. It will not have hit the ground yet. You can ignore the h = 60 m
The speed will have reached a value
V = gt = 19.6 m/s
The KINETIC energy will have increased by (1/2) m (19.6)^2 . If you include potential energy, there will be no change.
