Elisa is a teenage girl who has trust issues with others. She does not like to tell individuals every fact of her life. What could Elisa do to help her trust people more and just be open with them?
ok. I think that maybe she could start practising at home how to be more open, like she should be open with her siblings first, only then will she be able to have faith on her friends.
Any suggestions?

Frankly, I don't see anything "wrong" about being silent about her personal life.
I suggest she begin by trusting one person at a time. Take it slowly as she shares parts of her life with another person.
