I have a big exam tomorrow. Can anyone tell me any easy way to figure out the 4 quantum numbers, n, l, ml, and ms. i still get confused especially with the n and ml!

Four quantum numbers. Four rules to remember. That makes it easy.
n = 1, 2, 3, 4, etc in increments of 1.
l = 0, 1, 2, etc up to a max of n-1.
ml = -l to +l in increments of +1 (including 0)
ms = two values; either +1/2 or -1/2
So l depends on n. ml depends on l
