I assume this dry compound is
12.5 g Na2CO3*1.5H2O2/[(12.5 g Na2CO3*1.5H2O2)+(87.5 g Na2CO3)]

So the real question is, how much H2O2 is in the 12.5 g. That will be
12.5 x (1.5 x molarmass H2O2)/(molarmass Na2CO3*1.5 H2O2)
