Does your organization address ethical issues in a formal and systematic way? If so, is it a cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all approach or has the organization customized an ethical culture to match its unique needs? Please provide examples. i don't have a job so how can do this?

You can draw from experiences of your own previous work or school. Also -- talk with people who have jobs.

The school system for which I taught usually addressed ethical issues in a formal and systematic way. Laws and union relations demanded that each issue be resolved ethically.
