Equate potential and kinetic energies:
The pendulum at 30° is raised by a height of
h=1.0 m *(1-cos(30°))
= (1-√(3)/2) m
Let the velocity, v at the lowest be v,
where the gravitational potential energy will be transformed to kinetic (motion) energy:
mgh = (1/2)mv²

Cancel out the mass m and solve for v.
