How do I write the equation of a line in STANDARD FORM, when it contains (-2,1) & (1,4) ?

First of all find the slope ...
slope = (4-1)/(1 + 2) = 3/3 = 1 , how nice!

using the point (1,4)
y - 4 = 1(x-1)
-x + y = 3

x - y = -3
