Hello, I'm a bit confused as to the difference between morphological and anatomical.

Morphology refers to the structure of something : land masses, body parts, shells, etc. Anatomical refers to anatomy which is the structure of a body (be it human or otherwise). So morphology is a more general term. You could say that anatomy is the study of the morphology of a body.
