Question

I need to develop a proposal for a US company, that wants to expand internationally to purchase a consumer electronics’ firm in another country. The country I have chosen is South Korea. I need to include an economic assessment of the country, a risk mitigation plan, a financing plan and a concluding recommendation. I need to be able to support my decision and I must incorporate pro-rata financial statements and any other helpful documentation to support of my proposal.
