Monarch Mentoring we meet every other Wednesday during lunch but my mentee is on the Junior Basketball so i often give him advice and guidance daily I have been involved since the beginning senior year this has had a deep impact on me because being a mentor gives you a chance to offer the advice through almost similar situations you were just in.
