Follow these steps in PowerPoint:

1. Open the presentation and go to Slide 2.
2. Click the text box that contains the text "Leading . . . recognition." and select the paragraph(s) you want turned into bullets (or click inside the box to apply to all text).
3. On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click the Bullets dropdown arrow and choose Bullets and Numbering...
4. In the Bullets and Numbering dialog, click Picture...
5. In the Insert Pictures dialog, choose From a File, navigate to the GMetrixTemplates folder, select TomoLogo.png, and click Insert.
6. Click OK in the Bullets and Numbering dialog to apply the picture bullets.
7. If needed, adjust bullet size or indents: reopen Bullets and Numbering and change Size (percent) or use the Increase/Decrease List Level and Indent controls on the Home tab.

That will replace the standard bullet with the TomoLogo.png image for the selected text.
