tree casts a shadow 32 feet on the ground. If the distance from the end of the shadow to the top of the tree is 40 feet, how tall is the tree?

a^2 + b^2 = c^2

32^2 + b^2 = 40^2
1444 + b^2 = 1600
b^2 = 1600 - 1444
b^2 = 156
b = 12.49 feet
