I could support this with scientific studies and statistics from journals and public-health sites showing links between later start times and better sleep; surveys of my classmates about sleep habits, mood, and attention; and school data on attendance, tardiness, and grades before and after a later start pilot. I would look for evidence in academic databases (Google Scholar, PubMed), reputable sources like the CDC or American Academy of Pediatrics, my school’s attendance and grade records, and by interviewing teachers and school nurses.
