Why: MLA requires a hanging indent for each entry; a web source with no publication date should include an access date; and entries must be alphabetized by author (or title if no author). The first entry already has the author’s name, and the sample doesn’t show a bold/underlined page title (but note MLA requires the title “Works Cited” be plain and centered).
