can you fix my writing
Students should get more time at the library so they can read a book that they want and have the time to read it all and also could time for searching some books to see what they want to read then after that some people could have be looking for more books to read if they want or maybe they could finished the one book that they read being at the library is actually great because you could have some free time for being at the library some of the people mostly get bored at the library but some other actually likes reading books that they like. A community of the local parks would cost some lot of money to buy for the lighting so they can be people at night when they need to be at the park if they want to have some free time just like the library that they also have too. A sibling to have to success in middle school is actually learning hard and getting some education that they need to get pass middle school is almost hard to understand but they also could ask for help when they are stuck on something teachers could help them to see what they're stuck on and also the students could learn something more on what the teacher is helping them the students need great memory to know about the test the test that the students get are a little harder because some of the questions actually have some stuff that they know about and could pass there grade to get ready for high school at the finals for the test they need to pass it so they can actually get better at learning.

Here is a corrected, clearer version of your writing, organized into paragraphs and with grammar fixed while keeping your original ideas:
Students should have more time in the library so they can find and finish books they want to read. Extra library time would let them browse and search for books at their own pace; some students might finish a book while they are there, and others may discover new books they want to read. Being at the library gives people free, quiet time—some students get bored there, but many enjoy reading.
Lighting the local parks would cost a lot of money, but it would allow people to use the parks at night when they want free recreational time, similar to how libraries offer a free place to spend time.
For a sibling to succeed in middle school, they need to study hard and get the education required to pass. If they get stuck, teachers can help them understand the material, and students can learn more from that guidance. Students also need a good memory for tests. Middle school tests can be challenging, but passing them helps prepare students for high school.
If you want, I can simplify the language, shorten it, or tailor it to a particular grade level or audience.
